We only offer quality
products at affordable prices. Even though our prices may
be comparable to other local door companies, ours may not
always be the cheapest because we do not provide "cheap"
products. Additionally, our product lines may change
without notice if we no longer feel that a product meets
our standards for quality.
If
we wouldn't put it on our home, you probably don't
want it on yours.
We do try
to service most brands of garage doors and some
electric operators, regardless of age (although some
products are not legally serviceable and/or parts are
simply unavailable). Other companies may tell you
that you must replace an operator or door, but we may
be able to find a cost effective solution without
forcing you to replace it...and in some cases show you
how to repair it on your own.
Additionally,
we no longer sell/install custom overlay doors or any door
or operator that a customer wishes to furnish - but we can
provide you with information to get the work done.

Clopay Garage Doors -
Stock doors available are based on size/style/color - Clopay
specializes in high quality residential, commercial and
rolling steel overhead doors.
SSC Invicta LP garage doors - ONLY
AVAILABLE for certain orders (budget or bead board design) as
needed or for replacement sections/door matching specifically.
There is also limited sizes/styles/colors available. We do
recommend Clopay for most other applications at this time.

to sell based solely on the quality of the

What
are the costs associated with replacing and/or
installing a new garage door?If we don't offer it, you probably don't want to buy it.
The cost of garage doors we
sell are limited so it is largely based on the size of the
garage opening. The typical door we install is a 2" 3-layer
deluxe insulated door and only one level below the best
available option. NOTE: Prices are always subject to change
without notice.� - A Single-car door price
range is $1150 to $1600, and a double-wide
door is typically $2200 to $3000, for standard Single 8',
9', and double 15', 16', 18' wide by 7' tall doors. 8' tall
doors are available at additional cost, and some alternative
track options are also offered at additional cost as well.
Electric Operator Manufacturers:
Chamberlain - Liftmaster - our brand of choice for family and friends, and customers alike.
Providers of chain
and belt operators leading the way in innovation and
their MyQ technology utilizing a mobile app to provide
additional security and convenience and the ability to
integrate with Amazon Prime. We have been installing
Liftmaster products for over 40 years and while they
have changed over to only DC operation, they appear to
be the strongest competitor in the electric operator
market in North America. All 4 models include wi-fi and
camera features (additional monthly fees may apply) and
we can install a basic DC Chain or Belt model or premium
DC Battery Back-up belt models. Prices range from $500
to $800+ depending the model and the number of
remotes/exterior keypad or accessory.
Guardian Operators - the last vestige of AC chain operators and in an economy too...we install a limited amount of these operators but due to their economy pricing and long history they do afford a customer an "old-school" chain operator with modern features if budget is a concern. Typcial 7' operator replacement is $400.00.
Genie Operators - due to lack of
consistent quality and short life spans we no longer offer
these nor typically service this brand in any way.
