BEWARE:  There is a door company that offers service in Indiana (and other states) that try to replace components or complete doors when nothing but the most-limited form of service is actually needed...and they have a minimum amount they must charge because their salespeople work on commission!   BEWARE & please don't not get ripped off...call us first. - Our industry magazine had an article about this company and the legal action in other states.

What are the costs associated with repairing a garage door or electric operator?
Unfortunately prices vary greatly with repair services and door/operator replacements, but typical routine maintenance service calls are $69.95 w/o parts being required. Additionally, we would love to teach you how to do some basic/regular "maintenance" and save the "real" service call for when something is seriously broken and in need of our professional service.  More extensive service calls start at $98.95, plus parts.  When parts are needed (e.g. cables, extension springs & safety cables, torsion springs, etc.) you can expect to pay approximately $145.00 to $385.00 depending on the door type and parts needed at that time. Although there are some repair costs that approach the costs associated with a replacement cost, which might be a better option for you and we will discuss that with you as well.
